FastHelp® products are satisfaction guaranteed. If any product fails to meet your reasonable expectations, it may be returned for replacement or refund less shipping. The product must be returned in the original packaging or in pre-approved packaging within the 30-day period.
FastHelp™ products are covered by a one year limited warranty. We will repair or replace a malfunctioning unit upon receipt of the unit. This warranty pertains to malfunctions which occur during normal use and operating conditions. Please contact our customer service department if you require product support.
Most orders ship USPS within 2-4 business days* after they are processed, except when noted. Most domestic shipments arrive via USPS Ground, 3-7 business days after they are shipped.
