I had a problem with battery charging. Called Customer service, and they helped me out over the phone. Also sent me return sticker if that was necessary. Very Good service. Love the fact that there is no monthly fee.

When I begun my order, I mistakenly entered a quantity that I really did not want. I assumed my order to not be completed/submitted, & that I could just start all over. Apparently, the FastHelp system assumes you have completed your request, and records what you have left 'unfinished'. I then placed a NEW order, entering the correct amount I wanted. After an extended period, I received not one, but two emails, each stating/'confirming' that I had placed separate orders. When I attempted to contact Customer Service's phone number, I encountered an automated message informing me that phone contact was not available, due to COVID-19 restrictions. I then contacted Customer Service's email address, and received a response within the time period stated/'promised'. In that response, I was assured that the 'original' order (of which I had provided a confirmation number) would be noted, and upon receipt I should just return it. Everything worked out as FastHelp Customer Service had 'promised'.
I tend to walk alone, early in the morning. Having this personal safety device gives me safe feeling. I've purchased two more and sold them, at cost, to two good friends who don't have/or use computers. They're as pleased as I am.

Have not had to use so far. But it is comforting to have if needed.
Since I live alone and am of advancing age, I feel much safer knowing FastHelp is available if I have a personal emergeny. So far I have not had a reason to activate the device, for which I am thankful. Unfortunately it did get activated once and I immediately cancelled any call for 911 assistance without any problem.

I usually wear mine around my neck and it is very comfortable.
Great: there’s no middle of the night telling me that battery is low. 👍 Not so great: the device falls off my pants waist, which is the feature for which I bought it! 🤨

It connects and appears to be working good. I haven't had to use it , but I'm sure it will be fine. I wear it all the time.
Affordable , no extra charges, wear mine on my belt.
Not so Great: Sent to an address I didn't even recognize and refunded money without notice. Great: When I contacted them, they immediately sent a replacement to the Correct address at the original offer price. Great for customer service and to let all of us know they are HONEST!
It's convenient, easy, but luckily I haven't had to use it yet. It does make me feel better when I'm working outside though.
This item makes me feel safer being alone. And I don't have to worry about a monthly fee.

Can’t seem to return it. Think it is a great tool, but have not set it up yet.
I find that it is easier to wear it on my wrist. The band is very comfortable and water resistant so I can wear it in the shower. Charging every night works well. Ohhh it is hooked up to satellite so it always knows where you are. Big selling point.!

Loved the no contract. Would like to have the ability to change length of lanyard. Voice directions could be louder for hearing impaired. This product really gave my Mom a feeling of security when living alone. She called it her 'lifesaver button'.
The unit seems to connect to emergency services fine. My only challenge is keeping it adhered to my waistband despite a silicone case…the clip needs to be made tighter. Also disappointed that the battery cannot be replaced which means it might last for two years and then what?? Another unit must be purchased. Over the cost of a service being paid monthly it is still a good value I think.

As I age I'm quite aware the My five children are concerned about my well fair since they all live either hours or day away from me. So I'm trying very hard to do what I can do to alleviate their concerns. The price is very good and it fills the need that I need. I've share this unite to others that Know.
I enjoy having this device with me, I think it's great.
Sound is too low especially for the elderly. Must hold the red emergency button down at least 15 to 20 seconds before it activates the call to 911 (Also difficult for the elderly). Member lives in Bartlett, TN but it calls Memphis, TN, then when you give emergency address,911 operator says Oh Sorry have to transfer you to Bartlett 911. It works but not as well as your advertisement.
I have already made 5 accidental 911 calls because of some extraneous item or body part pressing against the 'FASTHELP'. By recessing the call button this could be avoided.
No intermediate non medical person answers, you immediately are talking with the local 911 operator and have paramedics and ambulance within at your house in minutes. I've traveled from NM to CA to OR and always had service.

It seems to be what I need. I hope that I never have to use it in an emergency but it is a comfort to have ready to go. I own it and do not pay a monthly fee for its use. I had to replace my first one because it did not hold a charge. It stopped working when I wore it in the shower--I thought it was waterproof. I do not wear the one I have now in the shower. Isn't it waterproof.
Compact and easy do use.I’ve had no need to use it yet. Just grateful to have it in case.
So far, my mother hasn't had to use it, thank God, but she has bumped it and said it was an immediate response, which I'm grateful that she was impressed it worked well for her. I think she's less nervous now having it on her. The only thing I wish it would have, is more options of wearing it, rather than just a lanyard for her to wear around her neck. The clip that it does have, slips off if her pants and she's afraid she will set it off or loose it. I wish it was available in a bracelet or a clip of some sort to secure on.
I bought two for myself and spouse. The main attraction is the one-time cost. It is simple for the elderly to understand.... just press the button ... No monthly b.s. My personal assessment: The clip doesn't press tightly when put on light clothing. It slips. We like to have it up on a hem close to the side of our neck for the simple reason I don't wear collared shirts and my wife's clothing is of light material...she wears mostly tops and so these buttons slide down. Also, I have never worn anything that snaps on my belt and have it stay there. I am quite active, always bending or leaning during my yard work or woodworking hobby. Otherwise we are quite satisfied with your product. Finding a good place to wear it is our problem.

I thought the blue or red dot would show all the time to know when it needs charged. I never see the color unless I plug it in. I do not understand the Lanyard.
I was so happy with FastHelp that I recommended it to a friend who immediately ordered one for herself.
Fell, used Fast Help, EMTs arrived took me to ER. Broken upper arm. Have since purchased the new water resistant unit. Have low income friend, eighty+ yrs old, still in her own home by herself, gave her the old unit. Decided no, better get her a water proofed unit as she has tub/shower. It came, I reworked the lanyard so she could shorten it to better fit her, but could slide the end so she could take it off as need be. FYI, used old bra hardware for adjusting strap length. She loves it.
I really like the no monthly fee part of your product. I have shared with people my age what a outstanding product this is. Thank you so much for making this available to all of us. I am using my second one and gave my first one to a friend. God Bless.

Neck strap detached/tore loose in 2 weeks. wearing now attached to MedicAlert chain. Only so-so because belt attach keeps detaching also and falling off. have had only 5 weeks but wish could keep on without falling off. feel this best of all available help monitors, Like cell phone 911 as I travel away from home as a minister.
So far, so good.

This is the second one I have bought, the first one did not work when I dropped it on cement floor, can they be repaired?
I am not getting consistent cell coverage. I am waiting for an RMA# so I can return it. I just read that you are changing cell towers and going with 4 and 5 g. I deserve better!
I have used one for several yers and it gives me peace of mind. I had misplaced it after being away from home and it needed to get a second one, so tht I felt safe as I live alone and work alone so I need something to get help with if needed.
Battery life is great, got my Fast Help about 3 weeks ago, charged it right away and it still tells me device has a good charge. Can't comment on how it works as I have been lucky not to need it. But it gives me and my daughter peace of mind knowing it is here when I do.

I hope in the future it can be manufactured in a plastic or material that is a little stronger. I worry that if it gets dropped the plastic will break.
The past year I have not been able to be by myself because I fell a lot.All were concerned and hovered over me and wanted to do things for me , now the Emergency folks can find me where ever I am on the property and its great to be able to do for myself. Thanks for the freedom to do for myself, I am still limited to my activities but I can now be on my own..

I expected more than I got. I was looking for a button for shower area along with device that detected falls and gets help to us right away not place call to 911.
unable to secure monitor to lanyard. unable to call for support.
I only used it when first received to make sure it would contact the local 911 center.
I returned the device on Feb 24 and it was received in Lewiston, ME at 8: 19 AM on Feb 27. I am waiting for a refund. Thanks for your help.
Right now not sure how to rate this product. Do you need to have your cell phone by you as well as the device?
Size could be smaller
Always keep the battery charged.\nIt is irritating when the gadget says that there is no cellular connection and 30 minutes later the cell connection is good even when the gadget hasn't been touched or moved - is the gadget going to work in case of an emergency? I don't want to find out then.

Secure feeling is very important especially if you live alone.
Even if it never gets used good to have it just in case don’t leave home without it
Battery is lasting a week and a half before re-charging. Based on cellphones, that seems very good to me.\n\nI have not needed to use it for its purpose, but hopefully it will work well for that if needed.
This wasn't going to work for my brother. We returned it on 7/11/20 and are awaiting to see the credit on our checking account.\n\nThis looked like a excellent product for the right person
This was for my mother. She feels more secure with it, but hasn't had to use it, so I can't say how well it works & can't give a rating on works as advertised & she hasn't called customer support so I can't rate that either. She is 93 & had no problem getting it set up.
The unit works fine and easy to use; however I'm not always able to get cellular connection at home, even though I live in a large city.
