If any product fails to meet your reasonable expectations during this time period, it may be returned for replacement or refund less shipping. The product must be returned in the original packaging or in pre-approved packaging within 30 days after it was purchase.
FastHelp™ products are covered by a one year limited warranty. We will repair or replace a malfunctioning unit upon receipt of the unit. How does it work?
FastHelp™ is designed to place a call directly to your local 911 services wherever a cellular connection is available. Once connected to 911, the device will act like a two-way speakerphone.
Can I cancel an emergency call?
Yes. Press and hold the Small Silver Button for up to 5 seconds.
Does it use GPS?
No. Instead, FastHelp™ uses cellular tower triangulation to approximate your location. This is why it is important to tell the operator your exact location.
Approximately how often do I need to charge my FastHelp™ device?
We recommend you perform a battery test or charge the device at least once per month.
How often do I need to replace the batteries?
You do not need to replace the batteries.
How is FastHelp™ better than using my home phone or cell phone?
